| TEACHING PHILOSOPHY | My primary goal is to empower students to develop their own ontological frameworks and a substantial research and analytical toolkit within their field of study. Building such foundational skills is essential for enabling students to independently explore complex issues, identify underlying problems, and establish meaningful connections and interdependencies among various factors.
In my approach, I aim to guide students in creating a comprehensive and holistic system of perception – an integrated worldview – that is crucial for understanding complex and dynamic processes in their discipline. I am committed to encouraging critical thinking, analytical skills, and independent learning, helping students become not only consumers of knowledge but also active contributors capable of addressing real-world challenges. Ultimately, I aim to create an educational environment where students can cultivate a deep understanding of their subject area, develop the intellectual tools necessary for autonomous learning, and build a nuanced perception of the interconnectedness of global, regional, and sectoral phenomena. |
