MOUs

The Institute has tried to build up an international network to facilitate its work in many areas. The first two MOUs are target at two strategically located countries – Uzbekistan in Central Asia and Ukraine in Eastern Europe and one of the major CIS countries, and the two partner organizations are respectively the key strategic institution in their countries. The Institute will expand its overseas network further step by step in the coming years.

MOU signed with H.E. Mr. Vladimir Norov, Director of the Institute for Strategic and Inter-regional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan, 10 January 2018. Mr. Norov has become the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization since January 2019.

MOU-Annex I signed with Prof., Dr. Valerii V. Kopiika, Director of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, in Ukraine, 28 February 2019
