2026年1月19日，香港珠海学院黄廷方·信和“一带一路”研究院院长陈文鸿教授一行到访广东外语外贸大学区域国别学院，双方围绕学术交流、人才培养及未来合作机制等议题进行了深入沟通与探讨。广东外语外贸大学区域国别学院院长茅银辉、副院长臧宇，国际事务专硕教育中心主任范洪颖、外交学系主任周龙和教师代表王看参加会见。 区域国别学院院长茅银辉热烈欢迎陈文鸿教授一行的到访，并介绍了学院在学科建设与国际合作等方面的进展，提及学院正积极拓展多元合作网络，持续搭建跨区域、跨校际的学术交流与协作平台，未来也将进一步深化与境内外高校的联动。陈文鸿教授重点介绍了香港珠海学院及黄廷方·信和“一带一路”研究院的基本情况与发展规划、研究院课程设置、全日制教学模式以及金融、税务等领域的区位与制度优势，并分享了学生海外研学、访学交流等国际化培养经验。双方一致认为，未来可以考虑以签署合作备忘录为契机，逐步推进务实合作。 双方在交流中达成的若干初步共识，为今后深化合作奠定了良好基础，有助于进一步拓展双方在“一带一路”研究与国际化人才培养领域的合作空间。
