TEACHING PHILOSOPHY I believe effective teaching extends beyond the classroom through mentorship and dynamic engagement. My approach prioritizes building individual relationships to understand and motivate each student. This is complemented by a commitment to curricular relevance—I continuously update subject knowledge and share cutting-edge resources to foster informed, enthusiastic participation in class discussions.
